Blue Monk is a dark brown light smoked Belgian Strong ale. Four years ago we released the Reserva version, then aged in Margaux oak barrels from the French Bordeaux region. This time we decided to bring the beer to drink after three months of maturation in tank because of its energetic and beautiful taste sensations.
