Bakunin Salty Dog

Returning to German brewing traditions and developing our experiments with sour kettles, we cooked up our own version of the light and refreshing Gose. Restrained hop flavours, along with the key addition of spiced coriander and salt, add up to an intense flavour bouquet that blends in nicely with the sour aftertaste.

Salty Dog is a symbol of our idea that, like an experienced sailor, no beer should be afraid of the seasons no matter how harsh the winter. In the end, if you can have it all year round, why should a light and tasty beer only be drunk in summer?
