To Øl Sur Double Dry Hop Mosaic

Our first edition of the Sur Mosaic was an homage to the brightness in an acidic beer and the wonderful rounded notes in mosaic hops. This time around we are adding in a whole heap of those delicious, green beauties to showcase exactly how much of a powerhouse mosaic can be. We double-dry-hopped our Sur Mosaic to bring the fruity and aromatic hops front and center. The result is a full-bodied and juicy sour, full of tropical notes and carefully balanced tartness.
