Welcome to the first of several new Imperial Stouts being brewed in Brus over these colder months. We start with this Chocolate Coffee Monster, massive roasted malts upfront moving fast into beautiful Chocolate Coffee notes for days. We used a beautiful Coffee supplied by our good friends at Coffee Collective, this Coffee was roasted the day before to enhance its rich fruity roasted flavors. Where possible crack this round a late-night fire with friends, sharing is the way here.
