Beer Here Jah Beer

Created together with the amazing Japanese restaurant Jah Isakaya
When Jah Isakaya was looking for a beer to perfectly accompany their delicious food they contacted us and we spent a fun weekend brewing the first version fo the beer together. The result is this crisp Pale Ale inspired by the light lagers served in Japanese Isakayas. Besides German and Japanese hops the beer is spiced with the juice and peel of Yuzu fruits, which the good people from Jah Isakaya brings bback from their travels to Japan.
