Dry & Bitter Brewing Company was founded in early 2015 with a strong focus on brewing some of Europe’s finest hoppy beers.
Throughout the years we have had the great pleasure of collaborating with some of the world’s best breweries, bands, music venues and artists which helps us keep our creative edge.
We have also launched an ambitious sour program, working both with fruited kettle soured beer and barrel aged funky saisons and sours.
