Wild Beer Quantic

In Quantic we have focussed on one of our favourite hops; Simcoe. Bucking the trend of juicy hazy pales we have created a crisp, dry and light everyday sessionable beer. We love the piney resinous and citrus nature of Simcoe hops which pairs wonderfully with the passionfruit notes from Mosaic.
The use of Simcoe and Mosaic in the dry hopping of Quantic creates a fresh hoppy and piney aroma. The crisp and clean fermenting lager yeast allows the hop aromas to shine through with ripe sweet fruit notes. Quantic is beautifully balanced, crisp and aromatic.
