Wild Beer Vivo

Vivo is a wonderfully drinkable, session IPA where modern hop flavours are layered on top of a uniquely fermenting yeast strain.
This beer is all about showcasing the Kveik yeast and uses pokey and intense hop varieties that bring an upfront classic bitterness combined with a fruit-juice punch of flavour.
The Kveik yeast is a wonderful thing, and comes from the wilderness of Norway where it has been used for decades in traditional farmhouse brewing. A yeast that ferments incredibly quickly at very warm temperatures without creating off-flavours, instead, beautifully fruity esters that come to the fore.
A blend of Ekuanot, Simcoe and Vic Secret hops lend bright tropical aromas and flavours of peach, passionfruit and mango with a slightly resinous pine finish.
