Doorn is a dark vinous beer with light nutty flavours and red fruit aromas. Mildly sour, rounded and smooth with a light barrel character of 12 months on oak. After barrel-aging we put whole handpicked blackberries in the beer and let it macerate for another 4 months. Doorn is an extremely limited single barrel release.
