A blend of beer and cider, two worlds flowing together in your glass. Amalgama combines the dry, almost astringent mouthfeel of cider with the sour and malty notes of beer. A harmonious medley with a recognisable Nevel flavour.
Chamomile and goldenrod give floral, sweet notes with a spicy undertone of black pepper. The quince was harvested in Lent, near our brewery. Amalgama was specially made for our 2020 subscribers.
