CloudY 9 is made with the same philosophy as Cloud 9 - a refreshing and winning wheat beer with strong aromas of tropical fruit to lift you up into the clouds on a sunny day. With CloudY 9 we've added brettanomyces to give it more farmhouse-y/funky aromas. The Brett pushes the mango forward in a smooth way, generating a fruity but still tart and slightly sour brew.
