Birra del Borgo ReAle XIV Anniversario

Traditions never change! Also this year we create a new recipe starting from our classic ReAle. We dress it up for the brewery’s birthday, playing with hops and freshness. A crossover between a Juicy IPA and a Neipa in which we use a mix of barley malt, unmalted buckwheat and oat flakes to give the hazy aspect, the smoothness and the characteristic texture.
But the most important game is played on hops. We pull out our greatest mix of superaromatic hops to get an explosive profile of tropical fruits. The low alcohol content, the balanced bitterness and the clean finish make it a fresh and very pleasant beer. Auguri ReAle!
