Spike Mango Fandango

New York meets Thailand! New England Pale Ale meets Organic Mango! This beer is one of our fan favourites and one of the first beers we brewed at Spike. This brew starts with a silky mouthfeel from the Wheat and Oats in the hot side, New England ale yeast does the magic in the tank and we finish it with loads of Citra hops and Mango puré during secondary fermentation. Hoppy, fruity and super fresh!
