Collaboration with Barallel. This Imperial Gose was brewed with our dear friends from Barallel in Toulouse.
A generous amount of Raspberry is paired with Himalyan Pink Salt to complexity and depth to the aroma and flavour. The alcohol content is slightly higher than a traditional Gose to give more body and balance.
