A transatlantic collaboration between two of Danish microbrew’s grumpy old men and the strapping lads at Okkara Faroe Islands. Peter Klemmensen who brought the first real craft beer to the masses with his famous Limfjordsporter created the malt bill and we created the hop schedule. To bring some extra complexity to the party, lava rocks were heated to 800C and submerged in beer wort before being placed in the maturation tank for a full three months.
