Sargasso, is a brown saison that matured on rum barrels of Marie Galante from the Caribbean. These barrels were delivered to us with the sailing ship “Très Hombres”. Although we used the same base recipe of Aestatis, the aromas and flavours are too different because of these soft rum barrels.
