Wild Beer Kalamansification

Kalamansification is a tropical sour inspired by zingy tropical citrus cocktails. Its bright colour comes from hibiscus flowers and has a big tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma.
Kalamansification is a blend of exotic fruits and flowers, which makes this beer incredibly drinkable and versatile. Enjoy it out of the can or pour it into a stemmed glass to appreciate the colour and aroma to the max. This is our maiden use of the Kalamansi fruit, an exotic citrus fruit from the Philippines, which gives it that extra bit of tropical citrus hit.
