Absolutely all the barley used in this beer is local – it comes from Räihä farm in Central Finland. From there the malts were taken up north to Pehkolan Mallastamo for malting.
From this malt we produced Paikallinen (“Local” in Finnish), and of course it’s all about the malt, this one. Soft, drinkable and malt-forward, it’s simply fabulous. Be local, support your local. Simple, isn’t it?
