We decided to give a different touch to one of our historic beer! The base of malts has been enriched, the ABV has grown by 3%; a bottom-fermenting yeast has been chosen. Only the amount of chestnut is unchanged (20%). We smoked the malt with orange peel, lemon myrtle, coriander, genziana roots and….chestnut! The aroma is gently smoked with a light recall of chestnut honey.
