Racked onto the remaining lees in first-use French natural red wine barrels, this Pale first developed delicate funky notes and a refreshing, dry finish. Refermentation on passion fruit, pineapple and mango created a succulent, yet zippy, tropical punch bowl of flavours. Waking up from 400 years of slumber, we can summon the energy of a great man, that had a great dream. Best served chilled, and following a period of service to others less privileged.
