This modern IPA showcases the complex nature of two vibrant American hops from Crosby Hop Farm – El Dorado and Idaho 7. A soft and rounded malt profile allows the complexity of these new season hops to shine, expressing intense flavours of ripe stone fruit, pineapple and juicy tropical notes alongside a piney finish. Our house ale yeast develops a soft and hazy profile with oats providing body and balance.
