Polly's Sunshine Type

Sometimes it’s just best to go with the classics – a 6% IPA? Sure, let’s go for it. Simple three hop bill of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic? Get it on the gyle sheet. Ferment out with LA3? Crop that yeast and get it in there! Sunshine Type is our tribute to (possibly the weirdest) summer here at Polly’s. As the nights start drawing in again, we’re all about reminiscing about those hazy days, where the best thing to do is to just go with what comes naturally to us as brewers. As textbook Polly’s as we can get, Sunshine Type is absolutely glowing with a serious amount of bright, juicy, tropical notes, with maximum body and yeast suspension from our in-house LA3 strain.
