Holy Night ("Spiced Milk Stout") produced by Glarus Craft Brewing is the latest beer in the Glarus Signature series: unfiltered ale with unique character and without a direct equivalent. Craft brewers in countries such as the US and Great Britain traditionally release offerings especially for Christmas and we hope to start such a tradition also in Bulgaria.
This beer is based on the milk stout where we have used 5 types of malt & roasted barley, lactose and 3 types of spices that we normally associate with Christmas food and spiced wine. You will soon discover that this combination works really well for beer as well. Try it out before it is gone!
