‘Take your time and do it properly’ is a maxim we take to heart at Williams Bros.
Cold fermented as lagers are supposed to be, it takes it's time to brew... true to the traditions of it's classic Czech and German equivalent.
The evolution of our straight up easy drinking lager is nigh, meet it's successor "S189/14". The 14th version of this recipe, now dry-hopped with "Pure Hop" Cascade pellets & fermented with our house S-189 lager yeast.
Pale & refreshing with citrus & floral notes, the perfect thirst quenching lager.
